President Bush 41 and Mrs. Bush Host AMC's TURN Premiere Episode

Washington favorite Anita McBride was seen at AMC’s TURN screening hosted by President George H.W. and Mrs. Bush in Houston,Texas. Here is Mike Allen’s take playbook.
Actress Heather Lind, who plays Anna Strong, and Seth Numrich, who portrays Culper Ring leader Ben Talmadge presented President and Mrs Bush with Tricorner hats from the show’s creative team. Mrs. Bush asked, “Did Martha wear this?” before putting it on.

AMC topper Charlie Collier said, “It was an honor and privilege to show TURN to President Bush” the only American president who was also director of the CIA.
Other cast members on hand were Burn Gorman, Major Hewlett; Kevin McNally, Richard Woodhull; Samuel Roukin, Lt. John Simcoe.

Joel Stillerman, AMC’s Executive Vice President for Development moderated a post-screening discussion with the cast plus Barry Josephson, Executive Producer; Craig Silverstein, Executive Producer/Showrunner; and Alexander Rose, Author of Washington’s Spies.
