One of Google’s top thinkers, Megan Smith, joined the White House as Chief Technology Officer and Saturday night Washington rolled out the Design Cuisine treats for a proper welcome for Ms. Smith.

Gillibrand Campaign for Women Washington, D.C. Stop

She didn’t need a band or cheerleaders or a theme song but Senator Kirstin Gillibrand’s campaign to push women into the C-suites and front offices continued at Connie Milstein’s book party for her Monday evening in Washington,D.C. Milstein introduced Gillibrand as a friend of all women and Gillibrand then told the intimate crowd of friends and media that she is proud of the conversation she has started.
